The “Intro – Frame” is an Intro but could also be very efficient as a “segment” divider within a more extended script due to its effectiveness. It has two layout options as well.
Main Example
Basic usage
The Intro - Frame Slide has two text fields, Title and Caption – Choose Font Size - Tiny, Small Alternate, Small, Medium Alternate, Medium, Large Alternate, Large, X-Large Alternate, X-Large, Huge Number, and Huge. The default font size for Title is Huge and for Caption the default text size is Small.
The font size decides what font that will be picked up from the theme. When changing slide type, the text from one default text field will be carried over to another.
Depending on the Textbox Width and Text size, you can fit different amounts of text into the slide.
Fine Print: You also have the option to add a "Fine Print" (300 characters) at the bottom of the slide. The text size is Tiny but can be scaled between 10-100%. The placement of the Fine Print will adapt to the placement of the logo (if the logo is at the bottom of the slide, the Fine Print will move to the top of the slide). Text Alignment - Left, Center, Right.
General Settings
Animation control: This is where you choose if the text fields and the frame, animates in and/or out. Using these controls allows you to chain slides with the same text content.
Text Order: Choose between Title on top and Caption on top.
Duration: 3 - 15 seconds.
Slide Settings
Use full width for textbox: Check this box to adjust the width of the text box to use all available width.
In a 16x9 format this will change the width that the text can flow before a line break. If unchecked the textbox will keep its width no matter the format.
Text Alignment: Align the text fields (together) to the left, center, right, or Justified. If you want to have different alignment on the two text fields, you choose Use Separate Settings.
Horizontal Content Position (X): Left, Center, Right, and Fixed.
Fixed Horizontal Position (X): You can also input a fixed Horizontal Position if you want to precisely place the text, which is useful when repeating slides. You do this by choosing "Fixed" in "Horizontal Content Position" and then adding a value in "Fixed Horizontal Position" (0 = at the left side of the canvas).
Color
The color settings let you adjust the color of the Title text, and Frame. You can also adjust the opacity of the Frame.
You find the color settings for Fine Print under Fine print in the side menu.
