To add a new client: In the agency view, click "New Client". In the following dialog box you can type the customer's name and click "Create client".
Set up your new client by clicking "Settings".
Customize your client with the following settings:
Name: This is just for internal purposes, but make sure you give your client a name that is easy to separate from your other clients. You can change this name at any time.
Logotype image: This is where you add a logotype for all campaigns for this client. The logo has to be square and at least 100x100 pixels.
Facebook settings: This is where you add your Facebook page. The person to authenticate a Facebook page to Story Engine needs to be logged on to Story Engine, and have admin rights to the Facebook page.
Click on "Add" and you will have to choose the page you want to authenticate and approve of this in the Facebook- dialog that comes up. If the dialog doesn't show up, it might be because of a pop up blocker, make sure to disable it on Story Engine. Select "Continue as [your name]" in the dialog. Select OK in the next dialog box - and check out the rights you give Story Engine. Then select the page (s) you want to add to Story Engine.
You can add multiple target accounts to the same client and thus choose where to post something from Story Engine.
The users who then post items to the authenticated pages do not need administrative rights to the page.
Attribution nodes: With Attribution nodes you add the code snippets that need to be included on the customer's site for attribution and pageview measurements to work and restore data.
The "Add" button is used to generate a script that must then be added to the site or pages that the customer wants to get data about. The script gets a unique ID when generated and the script can then be copied and placed in the correct place.
This is a feature that requires technical personnel on the site or pages to be measured.
If you want to remove an Attribution Node, you can do so from the "More" menu to the right of the node. There you choose "Delete". If you want to change the name of a node, you also do that from the menu but choose "Edit".
