We have an in-tool SRT generator which you can use to create an SRT file from sound clips (you need to have access to the AI script creators for this function to be available).
This has to be done from within an existing Storyboard. This sound file should be the sound from the video you’re planning to use.
We are at the moment supporting sound files of up to 420 seconds in length.
This is how you use it
- Go to "Settings"
- Click on "Music"
- Go to "Uploads Library"
- Click on "Upload Audio"
- Upload your sound file to the audio browser
- Hover the audio file to see the “Generate” button, click on it
- Wait for the SRT to upload
- When the SRT is done, click “Show SRT” to display your finished transcription
- Copy the contents by clicking “Copy”
- You are now able to paste the SRT into the SRT slide text field

Auto-recognition of languages
The auto-recognition of languages for the SRT transcription in the audio browser sometimes results in the wrong language. This can be controlled, by choosing the expected language. The “auto”, is default, but if it looks wrong, then it can be re-generated with a language setting.
The "Auto" setting is the default.
Choose language.
