The Section Text slide type is almost a label text slide, giving you space for a label and a message text. You can easily set the behavior to have the label static over multiple slides or use it in a sequence with three sections in a flow.
Main Example
Basic usage
The Section Text slide has three texts, Section Text, Main Text, and Description. Section Text has Small (40 characters) and Medium (20 characters) text sizes. Small is the default text size. Main Text has Large (100 characters), Medium (135 characters), and Small (360 characters) text size. Large is the default text size. Description Text has Small (360 characters), Medium (135 characters), and Large (100 characters) text sizes. Small is the default text size.
The text from one default text field will be carried over to another default text field when changing slide type.
Fine Print: You also have the option to add a "Fine Print" (300 characters) at the bottom of the slide. The text size is Tiny but can be scaled between 10-100%. The placement of the Fine Print will adapt to the placement of the logo (if the logo is at the bottom of the slide, the Fine Print will move to the top of the slide). Text Alignment - Left, Center, Right.
General Settings
Slide Position in Sequence
You can set the slide to Standalone, Start, Middle, and End behavior, making it easy to use for sequences.
Standalone: The Section Text, Main text, Description Text, and Line animate in and out.
Start: Section Text and the Line animates in but not out. Main Text and Description Text fields animate in and out.
Middle: No animation for Section Text and the Line. Main Text, and Description Text fields animate in and out.
End: Section Text and the Line animates out but not in. Main Text and Description Text fields animate in and out.
Layout: The Layout decides where your content will be placed. Choose between Left, Right, Top, and Bottom. Left is the default setting. This means the Line will be placed along with the left side of the slide. The Layout, in combination with the Content Alignment, controls the position of your content.
Section Text Plate: Choose between None, Square, and Rounded.
Advanced Settings
When you engage the "Advanced Settings" toggle, you override all the settings except the Plate setting. You will need to check the animation settings if you want to mimic the Start/Middle/End behavior.
You can control the text's animation settings independently, giving you more options for creative use.
Section Animation: Controls if the Section text should animate in and out.
Line Animation: Controls if the Line should animate in and out.
Main Text Animation: Controls if the Main Text text should animate in and out.
Description Animation: Controls if the Description text should animate in and out.
Content Alignment:
The Content Alignment controls the alignment of the text and, in combination with the Layout setting, the text position within the text content area.
Choose between Left/Top, Center, and Right/Bottom.
Color Settings
The color settings let you adjust the color of the Section Text, Section Text Plate, Main Text, Description Text, Line, and Fine Print. You can also adjust the Opacity of the Section Plate, Line, and Fine Print.
