If you have an Add-On - Getty Images Premium Stock (defined below) to your company’s Storykit
subscription, the following terms apply in addition to Storykit’s General Terms and Conditions (the
“GT&C”). In case of discrepancies between the GT&C and these terms, these terms will prevail
(“Terms”) in relation to the subject matter of these Terms. By adding the Add-On Subscription (defined below) to your Storykit subscription you agree to be bound by and follow these Terms.

ADD-ON SUBSCRIPTION. Content (defined below) will be made available to you for
incorporation in End User Works (as defined below) via an “Add-on - Getty Images Premium Stock" subscription (the “Add-On Subscription”). Add-On Subscriptions are up to 12 months. The exact contract period for your Add-On Subscription is set out in the order form (the “Term”).

CONTENT. Royalty-free images and videos provided by Getty Images (“Content”) will be
made available solely through Storykit’s platform (the “Platform”) under the Add-On
Subscription for incorporation into End User Works (defined below).

END USER WORKS. In the Platform you will: (i) submit a prompt and the Platform will
automatically suggest preselected Content in a ready-made clip and automatically stitch the
Content into the video, or (ii) search for Content in the in-Platform Getty Images library and
select the Content that you want to be stitched into the video. The End Users can then edit
the video using the in-Platform editing tools. Content may only be used together with other
added value and as such videos cannot solely be made from Content. The resulting video,
including Content, is End User Works (“End User Works”).

RIGHTS TO END USER WORKS. You are granted the right to use the End Users Works
worldwide, unlimitedly and in perpetuity (at all times subjected to these Terms). Subject to
these Terms, you may, once Content is incorporated into End User Works, share the finished
End User Works in perpetuity.

ATTRIBUTION. You do not need to include a credit for commercial use. However, if you are
using Content for editorial purposes (meaning e.g. non-commercial descriptive purposes
such as news reporting, discussion of current events or other human interest topics), you
must include a credit adjacent to the content or in production credits. The credit should be in
the following form or as otherwise stipulated in the caption information accompanying the
content on the Getty Images website: "[Photographer Name]/[Collection Name] via Getty
Images.”.

LIMITATIONS. There are some limitations in relation to the usage of Content and you agree
and understand that
(a) NO IMPLIED LICENSES. There are no implied licenses to Content, and any other
use of Content than described in these Terms requires a separate license from
Getty Images; and
(b) NO STANDALONE USE. Content cannot be used on a standalone basis and you
may not use, share, sell, modify, re-use, re-sell Content on a standalone basis;
(c) NO DOWNLOAD FOR OTHER USE. you may not activate the “right-click” function
in the Content, or reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform to
enable the download or use of Content without payment of fees;
(d) NO OWNERSHIP. You do not obtain any ownership rights to the Content and you
may not make any false representation of authorship to Content.
(e) NO SENSITIVE USE WITHOUT DISCLAIMER. If you use Content that features
models or property in connection with a subject that would be unflattering or unduly
controversial to a reasonable person (for example, sexually transmitted diseases),
you must indicate: (1) Content is being used for illustrative purposes only, and (2)
any person depicted in Content is a model. For example, you could say: "Stock
photo. Posed by model."

NO WARRANTY OR LIABILITY. Content is provided through the Platform from a third party
and Storykit assumes no liability and makes no warranty in relation to Content.
