The Multitext slide is not a regular slide. This slide was created for creators, not humans, but it's so flexibel that you will love it when you understand it! Perfect when creating modules and templates. Set the "rules" for different classes to get consistent results AND flexibility with just a few clicks.
Main example
Basic usage
The Multitext slide has 5 text fields, Text 1-5. – Choose Font Size - Tiny, Small Alternate, Small, Medium Alternate, Medium, Large Alternate, Large, X-Large Alternate, X-Large, Huge Number, and Huge. The default font size is Huge. The font size decides what font that will be picked up from the theme. The size of the actual text will will be set in the Classes.
Depending on the Text size, you can fit different amounts of text into the slide.
Fine Print: You also have the option to add a "Fine Print" (300 characters) at the bottom of the slide. The text size is Tiny but can be scaled between 10-100%. The placement of the Fine Print will adapt to the placement of the logo (if the logo is at the bottom of the slide, the Fine Print will move to the top of the slide). Text Alignment - Left, Center, Right.
General Settings
Texts Animation Control: Controls the in- and out animation of the text.
Plate Animation Control: Controls the in- and out animation of the plate.
Text 1-5: There are 5 Text fields in the slide. Write your text in either, a few or all the text fields. There's no limit of characters. To every Text field, there's a Text Class tied to it, deciding the styling of the text. This allows to change the styling of the text with just a click.
Text Classes:
Class 1-5:
Font Size: Tiny, Small Alternate, Small, Medium Alternate, Medium, Large Alternate, Large, X-Large Alternate, X-Large, Huge Number, and Huge.
Text Alignment: Choose from Left, Center, and Right. Left is the default setting.
In-animation: Choose from Fade, Type, Move & Fade - Lines, and Move & Fade - Words. Fade is the default setting.
Text Color: Choose the text color for the class.
Leading Scale: Drag the slider to set the leading scale of the text, 50-150 (space between lines).
Text Scale: Drag the slider to set the Text scale of the Class, 50-400.
Scale Type: Choose from None, Fit to area, and Fit and limit lines. None is the default setting. Scale type interacts with the scale slider (Text scale).
Example: If you write in Huge, and set the scale slider to a high number, there's a risk the text won't fit in the slide. If you choose None as the option, nothing happens. If you choose Fit to area, the text is scaled down so that the widest word fits in the text area. If you choose Fit and limit lines, the slide will scale the text so that it fits on as many lines as you have specified. That is, if you have pulled the scale in the slider up to 400 but selected "Limit lines" to 3, the text may ultimately only have a scale value of 94, for example, because that was the largest scale that could be achieved for the text to fit on three lines.
Max Lines: If Scale type is "Fit and limit lines", you set the limit of maximum lines in "Max Lines".
Text Style: Choose from None and Plate, None is the default setting.
Plate Padding: When using the Text style "Plate", you set the size of the Plate here.
Plate Radius: Use the slider to set the roundness of the plate corners. 0-50, 0 is the default setting.
Plate Color: Choose any of the colors from the theme or a Custom color.
Plate Opacity: Use the slider to set the opacity of the Plate. 0-100, 100 is the default setting.
Extra Spacing Below: When using more than one text field in the slide, you can add extra space between the text fields by using the slider. 0-50, 0 is the default setting.
Duration: 1-15 seconds.
