The "Timeline Text Plate" is a very useful slide for presenting a lot of information that has some kind of sequence or logical progression to it. The slide will suggest a forward "time-motion" but in comparison with the "Timeline" slide type, this one is a lot more about text content than visual content.
The slide has a text plate that holds the two main text fields (Headline and Description). This plate will animate in if you set the slide to "Start" and animate out if you set the slide to "End" when it's set to "Middle" the plate will not animate in and out and therefore can form an extended shape over multiple slides.
There is also an "Indicator" text and box that is suitable for dates, times and numbers as well as other "sequence" indicators.
You can control the placement of the background asset with the "Adjust Background Position" control. When checked, this moves the asset upwards to center it vertically on the visible part of the slide.
You can also control a "transition" behavior that does a zoom-blur animation on the background asset that is very nice when you change background assets between slides. If you have a continuous movie asset, this can be turned off.

Behavior and usage
All colors can be changed in color settings.
There is no styling applied to the background asset as default.
Credit text is derived from the credit field in the asset browser. Since all assets in Storykit are their instance, you could use the credit field for additional information as well, such as a source reference or other. This field is not directly editable from the storyboard view. Instead, you access it through the asset browser’s detail view. You can turn off the credit text altogether from the storyboard side pane if you wish.
