Templates are complete storyboards where the slides have been outlined so you can get a jumpstart
The first thing you do is to create a new template group. One template group can hold multiple storyboards, so think of each template group as a project of a specific type.
- Go to "Templates and Modules"
- Click New template group
- Give your template group a name, e.g. "Branding templates", "Recruitment templates" and so on. You can use notes to describe your Template Group.
- Click on “new template”.
- Choose to create your template from either blank script, from template or from storyboards.
- Name your template e.g. "New Colleague", "Job ad" and so on.
- If you make a template from Blank Template - start to create your template!
- If you make a template from Template - choose a template from the menu and start working on your new template.
- If you make a template from Storyboards - insert the storyboard ID from the storyboard you want to make a template from and make sure that the storyboard is "visible".
You can have as many templates as you like.
