The majority of all users land in workspace that looks like this when they log in to Storykit*. This workspace is a workspace that you, as a user, share with everyone that has access to the same account as you. This means that all content available in the account can be viewed, edited and adjusted by all users that have access to the account.
*Users with Agency access will land in the Agency view when they log in, and this Client view is for users with Client access.
The account overview is designed to 1) enable you and your team to organize and access all your work and 2) give you access to selected features and functionality.
To help you and your team to keep your account organized, you have Projects and Folders.
- Projects: You can see a Project as the container for all Scripts and Storyboards related to the same project e.g. “Summer Greeting 2022”. The idea is that a Project should contain multiple versions of the same video. It can e.g. be that you create the summer greeting in a 1:1 format for Instagram and one in 16:9 to inc in your Summer Greeting email. It is your Projects that you add to your different folders. Are you creating a Video on a new topic? Create a new project!
- Folders: It is as simple as it sounds, it's a Folder where you store your different Projects. Create a folder structure that makes sense for your organization.
Remember, the account is a shared workspace so name things so everyone can understand what it means.
It is also from the Account overview you can:
- Define and edit your video themes
- See the templates & modules available, and create new ones
- Build asset libraries with your own stock
- Handle users on your account (only admin users)
