You can see the Project as a container for all Scripts, Storyboards, and Campaigns that you create for the same project e.g. “Decentralized Content Creation”.
Tips:
- The idea is that a Project should contain multiple versions of the same video. It can e.g be that you create the summer greeting in a 1:1 format for Instagram and one in 16:9 for Linkedin.
- To quickly create multiple versions of the Storyboard, simply duplicate it. The copy will automatically end up in the same project as the original one.
- Add a Note to your Project with instructions to the other users on how to use the material or what they need to do before using the material
So, why Projects? Projects are designed to keep your account well organized and facilitate collaboration in the shared workspace by securing that all versions of the same video/videos related to the same project are stored neatly together.
