If you have the access type "Agency admin" or "Client admin" you are able to handle your users by yourselves.
If you are an "Agency admin" you can handle users both on agency- and client levels. If you are a "Client admin", you can handle users on the client level only.
You are only able to add users up to the maximum number of users in your License. If you would like to add more users, please contact us.
Create a new user:
- Click on "users" in the menu to the left on the Storykit start page.
- Click on the "Add New User" button.
- FiIl in the user details and choose the "Access type" and "Role".
- Click on "Access to" and choose client.
- Click on "Apply".
- Click on "Add user"- Done!
