How do I delete a user?

If you have the access type "Agency admin" or "Client admin" you are able to handle your users by yourselves. 

If you are an "Agency admin" you can handle users both on agency- and client levels. If you are a "Client admin", you can handle users on the client level only.

Delete a user:

1. Click on "users" in the menu to the left on the Storykit start page. 
2. Click on the "Edit" button on the user you want to delete.
3. Click on "Delete user".
4. Click on "Yes".
5. The user will be deleted but saved and hidden for 30 days (in case of deleting the wrong user), contact us if it needs to be restored.
6. Done!
